Diagnostics

Diagnostics and telemetry

Zwyn uses limited technical diagnostics to detect errors, crashes, and reliability problems. This information is used to maintain and improve the service. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking.

Why we collect diagnostics

When something goes wrong in Zwyn, technical diagnostic information can help us understand what happened, reproduce the problem, and improve the reliability and security of the service.

Marketing and advertising

Zwyn does not use diagnostic or telemetry data for advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling, or tracking you across websites. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or measure your activity for marketing purposes.

What may be included

Depending on the error, a diagnostic report may include limited technical information such as:

  • Error information such as error messages, exception types, and stack traces.
  • Application context such as the affected page or route and the part of Zwyn where the error occurred.
  • Technical context such as browser and application information, operation names, HTTP status information, and similar diagnostic details.
  • Sanitized diagnostic events such as limited technical actions or requests that occurred shortly before an error.

How we protect sensitive information

Zwyn filters diagnostic events before they are transmitted. We deliberately limit the information included in error reports and remove or redact known sensitive values.

  • We do not intentionally attach your Zwyn account identity to diagnostic reports.
  • HTTP request bodies are excluded from diagnostic reports.
  • Authentication tokens, credentials, claim codes, transfer codes, and similar sensitive values are filtered or redacted where detected.
  • Request cookies are excluded from the diagnostic events we send.

User and account data

Zwyn does not intentionally attach your account identity to diagnostic reports. Error reporting is designed to describe what went wrong technically rather than identify the person using the service.

  • Account identity is not intentionally attached to diagnostic reports.
  • User content is not intentionally collected for diagnostic reporting, and HTTP request bodies are excluded.
  • Sensitive credentials such as authentication tokens, claim codes, transfer codes, credentials, and cookies are excluded or redacted where detected.

Error monitoring with Sentry

Zwyn uses Sentry as a service provider for technical error monitoring. Browser diagnostic reports are first sent to a Zwyn endpoint and then forwarded to Sentry for processing and analysis.

Sending reports through Zwyn does not mean that the diagnostic information remains only on Zwyn infrastructure. Reports handled through this endpoint are ultimately forwarded to Sentry.

Diagnostics and cookies

Technical error reporting is separate from optional cookies and browser storage. Basic diagnostic reporting remains active independently of your optional cookie preference because it is used to detect failures and maintain the reliability and security of Zwyn.

Not advertising or behavioral analytics

Zwyn does not use this diagnostic system to build advertising profiles, track you across other websites, or measure your behavior for marketing purposes. Diagnostic information is used to identify technical problems and improve the service.

Updates

We may update this page if the diagnostic information we collect, the tools we use, or the way error reporting works changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
